Sultanganj - Deoghar Shravani Mela - 2013

"Ajgaivinath Temple is the one of the famous Indian Hindu Temple dedicated to Lord Shiva situated in Sultanganj.It is believed that the deity of the temple is Swayambhu. Sultanganj is a town in Bhagalpur district and has a railway station of the same name."

Shravani Mela is the most celebrated 30 day festival in sultanganj(Bihar) to Deoghar Badiyanath temples of Jharkhand.In 2013, Shravani Mela begins on July 23 and ends on August 20. Thousands of Shiva devotees from India, Nepal and from other countries around the world undertake a pilgrimage from Sultanganj to Baba Baidyanath Temple. The month-long fair is also known as Shrabani Mela.
